Lit & Luz Chicago 2019 “MIGRATION,” October 12-19

The sixth cycle of Lit & Luz takes place in mid-October, but this summer the second annual Lit & Luz Book Club returns. Keep an eye out for venue and title information! Follow us on social media or sign-up for our newsletter to find out when the news hits.

 

Lit & Luz Festival is a one-of-a-kind series of events featuring renowned authors and visual artists from Chicago and Mexico City in cultural exchange and conversation. This series of readings, conversations, artist talks, and performances, which culminates in a Live Magazine Finale, highlights new translations and artistic collaborations—showcasing some of the most innovative contemporary writers and artists from both countries. The festival take place in Chicago in the fall, followed by events in Mexico City in winter.
