Silvia Rivera

Silvia Rivera has two decades of experience developing platforms that amplify community voices. Silvia recently served 10 years as managing director of Chicago Public Media’s Vocalo Radio, where she developed the Urban Alternative – a public media format that uses music, news, and community engagement to reach Black and Brown audiences.
